The terms of my Ofsted registration dictates the number of children and the age ranges of those children that I can care for in my home.

I am registered to care for no more than 5 children under 8 years;
of these, not more than 3 may be under 5 years, and of these, not more than 1 child may be under 1 year at any one time.
