About me

Hi my name is Francine and I am married to Steve. We have 3 children who attend Walmsley Primary School and Turton High School.

I live in Egerton, Bolton (5 minutes from Walmsley School) in
a three bedroomed house. The whole of the downstairs is available for children in my care. This comprises of a lounge, dining room, large kitchen, 2nd sitting room with conservatory and a downstairs WC.
The upstairs of my house will not be used for childcare. This is stipulated in my Ofsted registration terms.

Also available to children is a fenced in back garden with patio and lawned area that backs onto woodland.

Apart from the experience and joy of bringing up my own children, I have worked at Walmsley school and Egerton school as a childrens welfare assistant at lunch times (a dinner lady in old language) and also assisted as a volunteer at Walmsley helping with childrens reading in the infant classes. I am also an active member of the school PTA.

I am an Ofsted registered childminder, completing all the required childminder training courses run by Bolton Council early years childcare team. I have also attained a certificate in Paediatric first aid and I am a member of the National Childminding Association (NCMA) and Bolton childminding network.
